MFD Universe is a technology and digital infrastructure platform offered by Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and other eligible financial distribution businesses. The platform provides technology-enabled services such as websites, applications, dashboards, digital tools and related infrastructure.

Technology Platform

MFD Universe is a technology platform and does not, by itself, constitute an investment advisory, financial planning, tax advisory or legal advisory service. The availability of any financial product, scheme information, portfolio information, calculator, report or other content through the platform should not be considered a recommendation, solicitation or guarantee by Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Role of MFDs and Distributors

Where an MFD or distributor uses MFD Universe to operate its website or digital platform, the respective MFD or distributor remains responsible for its client relationships, communications, recommendations, disclosures, transactions and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Content or recommendations published by an individual MFD are the responsibility of that MFD and should not automatically be considered as statements or recommendations of Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Investment Risk

Mutual fund investments and investments in securities are subject to market risks. The value of investments may go up or down depending on market conditions and other factors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. There is no assurance that the investment objective of any scheme will be achieved or that an investor will receive any particular return.

Transactions and Third-Party Services

Where transaction functionality is available, transactions may be processed through the relevant AMC, RTA, exchange, transaction platform, bank, payment gateway or other authorized service provider. Submission of an instruction does not necessarily mean that the transaction has been successfully executed. Final acceptance, rejection, allotment, redemption, settlement or transaction status shall be determined by the relevant service provider.

Optimum is not responsible for interruptions, delays, errors or failures caused by third-party systems, internet connectivity, infrastructure failures, maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing correct information and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, devices and account access. Users should verify important information before taking any financial or investment-related action and should promptly report any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.

Regulatory Compliance

Each MFD, distributor or other financial intermediary using MFD Universe is responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, circulars, guidelines, disclosure requirements and applicable codes of conduct governing its business. MFD Universe does not replace or relieve an MFD or distributor of its regulatory or statutory responsibilities.

No Refund Policy
