All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of providing the Company's stated services in an appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the provision of the Company's stated services.
These Website Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Website generally. Product-specific Terms and Conditions may also apply to particular products and services. Where product-specific Terms and Conditions are applicable, they shall be read together with these Website Terms and Conditions.
Current Product
MFD Universe is the Company's current product for the MFD segment and has been available since August 2025.
The Product Terms and Conditions applicable to MFD Universe are available on www.optimumfintech.com and shall apply to customers subscribing to or using MFD Universe, in addition to these Website Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Website Terms and Conditions and the product-specific Terms and Conditions applicable to MFD Universe, the product-specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
Discontinued Products
Optimum has previously offered certain products that are no longer available for new sales, new subscriptions or new customer onboarding. Discontinuation of a product means that new sales or new subscriptions for that product are no longer being offered by the Company.
Discontinuation of a product does not, by itself, mean that the service provided to an existing customer has immediately ceased. Subject to the applicable product-specific Terms and Conditions, existing customers may continue to receive the relevant service or support for the applicable period and in accordance with the terms governing their respective product.
The discontinued products of Optimum include:
- GoDigital Basic – launched in 2016 and discontinued for new sales in 2022.
- GoDigital Enhanced – launched in 2022 and discontinued for new sales in 2025.
- Optimoney – launched in 2022 and discontinued for new sales in 2025.
- Optiwealth – launched in 2022 and discontinued for new sales in 2025.
The product-specific Terms and Conditions, service terms and other contractual terms applicable to an existing customer of a discontinued product shall continue to apply to that customer's use of the relevant discontinued product, to the extent applicable.
Nothing in these Website Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as automatically replacing, cancelling or modifying the product-specific Terms and Conditions applicable to an existing customer of a discontinued product.
References on this Website to a discontinued product are for existing customers, historical information, service support or other legitimate purposes, as applicable, and shall not be construed as an offer for new sale or subscription unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company.

No Refund Policy
All payments made for products and services offered by Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable.
Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. does not process refunds for any reason, including, without limitation, cancellation, change of mind, non-use of the product or service, failure to use available features, change in business or personal requirements, dissatisfaction with the product or service, or discontinuation of a product or service for new sales.
Once payment has been made and the applicable product or service has been activated, no refund, reversal or reimbursement shall be processed by Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., subject to applicable law.
Legally Mandated Refunds
Notwithstanding the above, a refund shall be processed only where and to the extent that a refund is legally required pursuant to a final and legally binding order, direction, determination or decision of a competent court, tribunal, regulator, statutory authority or other authority having jurisdiction.
No refund shall be made merely on the basis of a request, complaint, claim, allegation or demand unless and until such refund is legally required under the circumstances described above.
Customer Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms
Any person or entity seeking to raise a refund claim in relation to products or services provided by Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. must, where applicable, be the active ARN holder/entity registered with Optimum and the customer/account holder to whom the relevant product or service has been provided.
By subscribing to, accessing, activating, renewing or using any product or service provided by Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the applicable Terms & Conditions, commercial terms, policies and other applicable terms governing such product or service.
Accordingly, the customer's use of the product or service after activation or renewal constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms. A customer shall not subsequently disregard, deny or selectively reject such terms merely because a refund request, dispute or claim has been raised.
Any refund claim shall therefore be considered strictly in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions, this No Refund Policy and applicable law.
Where a claim is made by any person or entity who is not the registered customer, authorised representative or applicable active ARN holder, Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject or disregard such claim, subject to applicable law.
False, Misleading or Defamatory Claims
Any person or entity raising a refund claim or dispute shall be responsible for ensuring that all statements, allegations, communications and representations made in connection with such claim are truthful, accurate and lawful.
If any person or entity, in connection with a refund claim, dispute or otherwise, knowingly makes, publishes, circulates or communicates any false, misleading, defamatory, malicious or unlawful statement or allegation concerning Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, products, services or business, or otherwise causes unlawful harm to the Company's reputation, business or commercial interests, the Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action before the competent court, tribunal or other competent authority.
Where permitted under applicable law, Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. also reserves the right to seek appropriate remedies, including damages, compensation, costs, expenses and other relief for any loss or harm suffered by the Company as a result of such unlawful conduct.
Nothing in this section shall prevent or restrict any person or entity from making a genuine complaint, reporting a legitimate grievance, providing truthful information to a competent authority, or exercising any statutory or legal right available under applicable law.
Disputes and Final Determination
Any dispute relating to payment, refund, products, services, subscription, renewal or any other matter arising between the customer and Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
Where any dispute is adjudicated by a competent court, tribunal, regulator, statutory authority or other authority having jurisdiction, the parties shall be bound by the final and legally binding order, determination or decision to the extent required by law.
Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves all rights and remedies available to it under applicable law, including the right to seek appropriate legal relief, damages, compensation and costs where legally permissible.
Applicable Law
Nothing in this No Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any right, remedy or protection that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
Where a competent authority legally determines that a refund or any other remedy is required, Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall comply with such determination to the extent required by law.
By subscribing to, activating, renewing or using the products and services of Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the customer confirms their understanding and acceptance of this No Refund Policy and the applicable Terms & Conditions.
Indemnification
You hereby agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify and hold harmless Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees and authorised representatives from and against reasonable liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising directly from your material breach of any of the provisions of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of a third party's rights through Your Content or your use of the Website.
This indemnification shall not apply to the extent that the relevant loss or liability is caused by conduct of Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or transferred to you.
Severability

The updated Terms will be made available on the Website. Where required by applicable law or an applicable agreement, the Company will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
By continuing to use the Website after revised Terms become effective, you acknowledge and accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Assignment
Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is allowed to assign, transfer and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms to an affiliate, successor or service provider, subject to applicable law and without adversely affecting any non-waivable rights of the Client.
You are not allowed to assign, transfer or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms without the Company's prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Optimum Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and you in relation to your use of this Website and, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, product-specific Terms and Conditions and other documents expressly incorporated by reference, supersede all prior Website agreements and understandings relating specifically to the subject matter covered by these Terms.
For existing customers of discontinued products, the applicable product-specific Terms and Conditions and contractual arrangements shall continue to apply to the relevant product, except to the extent validly modified, replaced or terminated in accordance with those terms or applicable law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory provisions of law.
Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website.
Nothing in this jurisdiction clause shall prevent a Client or consumer from exercising any mandatory statutory right to approach a forum, authority or court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
